John J. Fedas is a Real Estate professional with over forty-three years’ experience in Real Estate Sales, Property Management, Real Estate Development, Architecture, Construction, and Hospitality. He is also licensed as an Unlimited Construction Supervisor for the construction of residential and commercial projects of any size. 

During his real estate career John has successfully purchased, restored, and sold a historic mansion in Marblehead which was converted to the Harbor Light Inn, a Select Registry Inn in the New England Regional market. He also restored the Gary Estate, an historic building in Catonsville, Maryland serving as an eleven-unit apartment building intended to be retained as a home for the disabled and as a long-term investment. In total John has been responsible for the architectural design, development and/or ownership of sixty-two custom residential properties, seven rental apartment properties, architectural design of three inns, two marinas and fifty-four custom homes for private clients and served as construction managers for most of these projects. 

John’s vast and accumulated background and skill set provide him with the talent, experience, and perspective to represent Buyers and Sellers in today’s difficult market.
