As a Certified Buyer Representative and a recognized Top Listing Associate, Richard serves the needs of buyers and sellers alike. Richard specializes in helping first-time home buyers and those in transition from one phase of home ownership to the next. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the North Shore Association of Realtors. He is past Chairman and a current member of the Legislative Committee for the North Shore Association of Realtors, actively working with legislators to protect property rights of homeowners throughout Massachusetts. Richard has over 25 years of business management, sales and marketing experience. Key competencies include superior communication and presentation skills, excellent negotiation and dispute resolution skills, and technical expertise with social media platforms, CRM and marketing systems. Richard received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University. Richard is married and has a daughter who graduated from Swampscott High School and the Salem State University Nursing Program.
